At the option of the Seller, all acceptable bidders may go to a final round of online bidding. This will take place on Wednesday, October 30,2025, from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM EST. The highest sealed bid received will be the opening bid. Only qualified bidders will be permitted to participation this round of bidding. At the conclusion of the online auction, Tranzon Alderfer will declare the successful bidder who will be emailed or faxed an addendum acknowledging their increase bid (over their Sealed Bid) to be executed and returned to Tranzon Alderfer. Successful bidder will then have two (2) business days, until Friday November 1, 2025, to increase their deposit to ten percent (10%) of the contract sale price. Seller also reserves the right to award the property to the highest sealed bidder which meets all the requirements of a qualified bidder.2% paid to a properly registered broker.
