No walk in's will be accepted. You must schedule your pick up day and time.

We have NO laborers on site. You must bring your own labor, tools, and hauling equipment. A forklift operator will be onsite for loading onto the loading dock.

Pickup: All items, must be picked up on the published move out date(s). Buyers are responsible for bringing their own tools, rigging, loading, and moving all items purchased without assistance from American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company, LLC. IMPORTANT! Auction staff is prohibited from assisting with any disassembly and/or loading.

**Very important: With exception of previous arrangements with American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company, you MUST pick up your items on the specified date(s). If not, you understand and fully agree that you will be charged $100 per day for storage and any additional charges such as labor and hauling fees. Furthermore, American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company reserves the right to make attempts and resell your merchandise at any time after the published move out date(s).

Auction Ending: Beginning at the stated closing time, the auction software will conclude bidding for one lot each thirty seconds in catalog order with the following exception: if a bid is placed in the last three (3) minutes remaining for that auction lot, bidding for that lot will remain open for an additional three (2) minutes. Some lots may be grouped together so that a bid on one lot will extend the time on all lots in that group.

Debt Collection and Interest Charges: The buyer agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and other costs incurred by American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company, LLC in its efforts to collect unpaid funds from the buyer. The buyer agrees that a fee of 10% of the outstanding balance per month be added to any unpaid balance due American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Livonia, Michigan. Limitation of Liability If, for any reason, American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company is unable to make available or deliver any Purchase, or portion thereof, or documentation required in respect of any Purchase, the sole liability of American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company, if any, shall be the return of monies paid in respect of such Purchase upon its return by Purchaser.

Non Paying: In addition to the above, Understand that we are working for our seller. We have zero tolerance for non-paying bidders and we will proceeed aggressively to rectify such situations. Mr. Fogelsonger was highly respected in his community as a US veteran, philanthropist, businessman, and a friend to many. He proudly served in the Army National Guard. He was a life member of Joppa-Wenona Lodge 256 F&AM, Bay City Chapter of 59 Royal Arch Masons, Bay City Commandery #26, Bay City Consistory, Saginaw Shriners, Tawas Elks 2525 B.P.O.E. As a member of the Masons, he received the Order of the Purple Cross August of 2023 and York Rite Cross of Honor in October of 1994. He was a life member of Saginaw River Historical Society, Michigan Funeral Directors Association, and president of Michigan Concrete Vault Association. Gary enjoyed his love of antiques and collecting, entertaining, and was a philanthropist giving to many churches and organizations including the Saginaw Children�s Zoo, Arenac Historical Society and the Castle Museum. Washington Ave. Saginaw, Michigan Pickup: All items, must be picked up on the published move out date(s). Buyers are responsible for bringing their own tools, rigging, loading, and moving all items purchased without assistance from American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company, LLC. IMPORTANT! Auction staff is prohibited from assisting with any disassembly and/or loading. **Very important: With exception of previous arrangements with American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company, you MUST pick up your items on the specified date(s). If not, you understand and fully agree that you will be charged $100 per day for storage and any additional charges such as labor and hauling fees. Furthermore, American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company reserves the right to make attempts and resell your merchandise at any time after the published move out date(s). Auction Ending: Beginning at the stated closing time, the auction software will conclude bidding for one lot each thirty seconds in catalog order with the following exception: if a bid is placed in the last three (3) minutes remaining for that auction lot, bidding for that lot will remain open for an additional three (2) minutes. Some lots may be grouped together so that a bid on one lot will extend the time on all lots in that group. Debt Collection and Interest Charges: The buyer agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and other costs incurred by American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company, LLC in its efforts to collect unpaid funds from the buyer. Mr. Fogelsonger was highly respected in his community as a US veteran, philanthropist, businessman, and a friend to many. He proudly served in the Army National Guard. He was a life member of Joppa-Wenona Lodge 256 F&AM, Bay City Chapter of 59 Royal Arch Masons, Bay City Commandery #26, Bay City Consistory, Saginaw Shriners, Tawas Elks 2525 B.P.O.E. As a member of the Masons, he received the Order of the Purple Cross August of 2023 and York Rite Cross of Honor in October of 1994. He was a life member of Saginaw River Historical Society, Michigan Funeral Directors Association, and president of Michigan Concrete Vault Association. Gary enjoyed his love of antiques and collecting, entertaining, and was a philanthropist giving to many churches and organizations including the Saginaw Children�s Zoo, Arenac Historical Society and the Castle Museum. The Fogelsonger family has selected our company to sell the ornate home furnishings and personal property through a series of online auctions to enable all interested parties the opportunity to own a piece of history.
