Seller and Grasons Co. are not liable for any damage and or injuries to persons and properties in the home or outside the home. Cash, credit/debit cards only, no checks will be accepted. A sign in sheet will be placed outside the home one hour prior to the sale opening. Any other sheet started will not be honored. Please don’t bring any personal purses into the sales. We will provide you with either a basket or tote for you to place your items you wish to purchase. Please don’t park in or block the neighbor’s driveways. Don’t park anywhere illegally and read all signs for street sweeping. Please be safe and happy shopping!

This sale features a beautiful collection of vintage treasures, heirloom furnishings, and personal keepsakes that reflect a life of compassion, grace, and quiet strength. From timeless décor and antique glassware to handcrafted textiles and medical memorabilia, each item tells a story of care and connection. We are still organizing, so check back in throughout the week for more photos. Sign-up sheet goes out at 8am first day and doors open at 9am... you will want to arrive early to secure your place in line! PLEASE REFRAIN from price quote inquiries as we will not be able to respond. While we would love to provide prices prior to the sale, it is extremely difficult to do so as we are working on multiple homes at the same time with 100's of items.
