Dolls are central to the sale, spanning multiple materials and eras. The catalog features German and French Bisque Head Dolls with markings such as Kestner, Heubach, Walkure, AM390, and SFBJ, along with German Shoulder Head Dolls, Wax Over Papier-Mâché Dolls, and Composition Dolls including Shirley Temple, Sonja Henie, and Alexander examples. Additional highlights include a Schoenhut Wooden Doll, Madame Alexander Dolls in composition, hard plastic, and vinyl, and Effanbee, Ideal, Revlon, Uneeda, American Character, and Ginny Dolls. Collectible fashion and character dolls include Barbie editions themed after David Bowie and Barbra Streisand, Monster High, Pullip, Ellowyne Wilde, and Living Dead Dolls, as well as boxed I Love Lucy episode dolls. Accessories include doll clothing, trunks, carriages, and furniture.

Plush and toy offerings include Steiff animals such as bears, reindeer, and elephants, a Steiff Elephant Pull Toy with Circus Wagon, and groupings of Mohair and Plush Animals including Merrythought and Charlie Bears examples. Tin and lithographed toys include cars, trucks, airplanes, and board games, while other vintage playthings include toy soldiers, painted figures, and Jellycat Plush Christmas Trees. Model enthusiasts will find a Chris-Craft Model Boat with varnished deck and fittings.

Decorative and household items bring additional variety. Notable examples include Luke Adams Art Glass Pumpkins, Carnival Glass and Decorative Figurines, Byers’ Choice Caroler Figures, and Annalee Holiday Dolls. Holiday décor includes Wooden Santas, Bottle Brush Trees, Wreaths, Ornaments, and Paper Cutouts, along with Vintage Paper Dolls featuring themed sets such as Glamour Girl and The Flying Nun. Successful bidders will receive the full pick up address with their invoice and instructions on how to schedule a pick up appointment.

NOTE: If you are unable to make the scheduled pick-up days and would like to inquire about our transport service, please call 215-393-3000 or email transport@alderferauction.com prior to the auction close.
For an additional fee, Alderfer Auction may be able to transport your items back to the auction center in Hatfield, PA for you to pick-up within 5 business days. Additional fees will be applied to your invoice for this service. Some items may not qualify for our transport services.
