Payment-
-Payment is auto-charged to the credit card on file once the auction closes.
- Metals - Gold, Silver, High end collectables will be invoiced to you to pay by Zelle, Direct Deposit, Cash.
-A PAID invoice will be emailed to the address on your profile.If you don�t receive an invoice, you may log into your profile to view/print it

.Pick-Up-
-The full address for pick-up will be disclosed on the bottom of your invoice. If a pickup time is needed, that will replace the address.
-.Addresses are not given by phone, text, or email.
-Buyers must bring all necessary help, vehicles, and materials to load items.Staff is not authorized to assist with lifting/loading.

Shipping-

-Shipping is available on ALL items at buyer�s expense.
Handling fee: up to $15 first box, $5 each additional box.
-Items ship via in house shipping or best available.
-Expect up to 14 days for shipments.
-All shipping requests must be submitted through your invoice form by 12 noon on pickup day.
-No calls, emails, or texts accepted for shipping requests.Items ship only to the address on your invoice.
-We do not auto-ship � if you do not request shipping, your items will be marked abandoned.

General Terms-

-All items sold �AS IS, WHERE IS.�No returns, no refunds. All sales final.
-Placing a bid = agreement to purchase and acceptance of these Terms.
-Winning bid is a binding contract between buyer and seller.Items not picked up or shipped by the scheduled time are considered abandoned and may be resold or donated. No refunds.
-Buyer�s Premium: 15% plus applicable sales tax.
-Employees may bid in auctions.
-Items may show normal wear; dimensions are approximate.
-Working condition of clocks, watches, electronics, or mechanical devices is not guaranteed.

Buyer Responsibilities
-Arrange pick-up or shipping by the deadline listed on your invoice.
-Bring tools/help as needed; some items may be on upper floors, basements, or outbuildings.
-Remove entire lots (including mattresses). Partial lot removal may incur removal fees.

Emergency/alternate pick-up requests (if available) will incur up to an $80/hour fee payable byl invoice or auto charge of card on file
-Failure to comply with terms may result in suspension or permanent revocation of bidding privileges.

Bid Retractions-
-Bids will be retracted if reported within 30 minutes of placement.
-No retractions in the final 24 hours of the sale.
-Bids will not be retracted for �changed mind� or failure to review photos/descriptions.

Additional Notes

-Buyers have the opportunity to inspect items at pick-up or during Preview. Once you sign your invoice, you legally take possession.
-Auctioneer reserves the right to cancel any sale.
-Any abandoned items not resellable may incur up to an $80/hour removal fee billed to the buyer.
