There is extended bidding on the real estate: bidding on all properties will extend 5 minutes if there is a bid within the last 5 minutes of the auction. For instance, if a property receives a bid at 1:59PM day of closing, the new closing time will be 2:04pm for all properties. Once all bidding is exhausted and no more bids are received, then the time will tick down and the auction will close. This closely mimics a live sale. TIMED BIDDING ON ALL PROPERTIES IN THIS SALE WILL EXTEND IF THE BIDDING ON ANY ONE OF THEM IS EXTENDED.
