This is located in south Grand Forks off Belmont Rd.
--Auction closes on October 2nd, starting at 7:05pm
--Inspection will be available on September 29th from 6-7pm
--Auction pickup will be on October 4th from 10am - 4pm
***Please use the appointment calendar to select a slot for pickup. We will be loading people as best as possible based on their appointment slots. If you show up without an appointment--or early--you may have to wait until the queue is cleared. It's crucial that people use this feature so we can assist customers in an orderly fashion. It is NOT advised to show up right away in the morning without an appointment, as that is the busiest time!
Shipping is only available on items approved by Jonathan prior to bidding.
Items *MUST* be picked up on the assigned day unless previously arranged.
Please make sure you are properly evaluating space needed! Come prepared with appropriate transfer vehicles, trailers, etc. We have another nice little estate for you! Beautiful wood furniture, antiques, home goods, tools, outdoor furniture, music-related items and more.
Shipping is not being offered on this auction. You may call Jonathan @701-739-1164 if you have any questions about this or would like to inquire about an exception.
Items *MUST* be picked up on the assigned day unless previously arranged. While we may be able to arrange a different day, there will be a $25 service fee for this accommodation.
Please make sure you bring appropriate equipment and manpower to move the items you are purchasing. North Country Auctions will not be able to assist with moving heavy items, and we do not have necessary equipment to move large items. It's crucial you come prepared!
