I think the pedal has been rewired case missing 1 clasp and handle is wrong this runs good has bobbin this is #2 of the singers yes they are different 30 Sterling silver salt and pepper shakers and spoon lid is also sterling 34 photos tin type derrick city allegany bradford there are some of large rocks that may be thunder Rocks in ASP. there are lots of schools 1890s to early 1900s 1 tin tyoe 36 jewelry sterling bracelet costume and other 2 of the bracelets are marked sterling lots of costume 37 old book lot some from 1800s cyclopedia wit humor tennysons poems some school grammer books and more 39 Grandfather clock needs repair it fell over at some point and the pendulum is bent. Was decorated to look french. It is a ridgeway. THe colored fabric is glued on to it. 40 vintage floral sofa and chair couch 1970s chair has some damage to seat and back you can leave it if you don't want it. the sofa is in very good condition 41 MCM hanging swag lamp light in good shape 42 Eastlake bevelled mirror real good shape 43 mid century wood based lamp white and wood works good in great shape 45 Buffet mid century modern poss. heywood wakefield It is not marked but comes up in image search as heywood wakefield 1940s some wear to it but very nice 46 mcm cameron clay pottery cornucopia cali planter all in good shape 51 antique bisque boy and girl german 1888 says 188 on the bottom. they are in excellent condition 55 Pair of swivel chairs one has some minor staining looks like something was spilled on it should clean up 56 mid century chair good shape 58 bar cart drop leaf maple with drawer in good shape rolls good 60 dresser with mirror 5 ft wide great condition on first floor 61 tv stand with drawers good shape on first floor 62 wood dresser highboy good shape on first floor 63 queen bed frame and night stand great shape on first floor 69 heywood Wakefield step table mcm C3753 in great shape 70 MCM pole lamp 3 brass shades plug is ripped off and it needs a new one but other than that it looks great 72 Heywood Wakefield MCM Blonde Knee hole desk 1960s with chair needs a good cleanup but very solid and would look great in your house 1st floor 74 antique spool cabinet J&P Coats real good shape. drawers all open nicely. It is not missing a drawer the bottom was made to be open 75 Maple dinning table MCM heywood wakefield 1 extra leaf has some fading to it could use a little restoration but solid 77 WOW touchscreen computer no other accessories 79 antique 4 drawer dresser solid wood 1 drawer pull is broken but included on second floor bring help to get down 80 Heywood wakefield end table 3944-g real nice with inlays 82 writing desk and chair painted has something stuck to it should clean off allright 2nd floor 83 MCM Heywood Wakefield bedroom suit full bed dresser and nightstand you can leave the mattress if you don't want it. The bedding also goes with it Riviera style on second floor seems really in good shape 84 bedroom contents 2 single beds 2 dressers + there is a nightstand and a small end table you get the bedding and the mattresses if you want them. these are lighter weight dressers. the boxspring and bedframe appear to be conected 2 single beds 85 large bevelled glass mirror at bottom of stairs to second floor 86 MCM heywood wakefield modernist china cabinet has some staining on the top see pics. otherwise seems in good shape. glass is good 87 MCM Heywood Wakefield modern drop leaf table has 2 extra leaves that are in great shape. unfortunately the top of the table needs to be refinished. otherwise it looks real solid. there are 6 chairs that are selling with it no name on the chairs but google says they are heywood 88 folding ironing board. good metal legs. make it into a portable bar 89 upright freezer works sears brand good for 3 deer in basement but only 5 stairs to get it up 90 rolling bar cart laundry cart i thought it waws cool 91 card table with sewing machine cut out chair you get the chair too. removable insert to hold a sewing machine 92 antique wood 4 drawer small dresser needs some restoration in the basement 93 Green painted cabinet needs to be uninstalled remove 2 nuts to get off from ceiling. nice old paint 95 glass front cabinet white with key seems solid, in basement is up off the floor so should be in good shape 95 glass front antique country cupboard bottom is shot may need to be cut down to just upper section. 6 ft tall 96 large cupboard 2 door in basement kind of a cheaper built one 97 antique medicine cabinet. white has to be unscrewed from where it is mounted in basement 98 3 shelves will need to be unbolted they are bolted to boards on back as well as boletd togher in basement 100 conents of work bench electric motors brushes take what you want leave the rest there is some wood 101 table with cutoutmay be a sewing table coffee table height 102 antique 4 drawer dresser in basement matvhes other one. needs some restoration but solid 103 wood writing desk I would call it kids size in basement 104 beadboard primitive cupboard this seems to be solid in basement but only 5 steps to get out it is big bring help to load 105 filing cabinet green heavy metal in basement 106 rolling cabinet in basement 109 110 t.v stand media center nice shape 114 Antique platform Rocker glider the wood on this is beautiful the only issue is that the mechanism in the rear that makes it glide is broken and missing a part. still safe to sit on and will rock a little but does not glide 115 Green ceramic lamp kind of neat in good shape 116 MCM side table American of Martinsville nice table could use a little old english or something on the top it is a little dry 117 shell lamp lamp is full of sea shells 123 wood side table round solid 124 Mid century T.V. trays with storage stand floral 6 of them in great shape.
