Pick-Up & Item Removal Pick-Up Schedule: Review the pick-up schedule BEFORE placing any bids. By bidding, you confirm your availability to pick up your items during the designated times or that you have arranged for someone else to do so. Reminder notifications are not guaranteed. Packing Materials: No packing materials (e.g., boxes, bubble wrap) are provided. Ensure you bring your own materials and confirm you have all items before leaving the auction site. We are not responsible for items left behind. Large Item Removal: Bring adequate assistance for removing large items, as on-site staff cannot guarantee help with lifting, carrying, or moving auction items. If you require staff assistance, a $100 fee per bidder applies for moving, lifting, or carrying items on your behalf. Larger items may be located on upper or lower levels of private homes. Plan accordingly with an appropriately sized vehicle and assistance. No-Show Policy Invoices not paid and items not picked up by the end of the removal period will be marked as No Shows. Unclaimed items will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliate’s discretion. No Shows risk having their K-BID account locked and may incur penalty fees to reinstate their account. Shipping Terms If shipping is offered, note the following: Full Payment Required: All items to be shipped must be paid for in full before shipping. Notifications must be received before the pick-up window closes. Third-Party Handling: We will deliver your items to a third-party shipping company, such as UPS, within three business days of the pick-up date. Shipping costs depend on size, weight, and other factors (e.g., artwork often incurs higher fees due to size, not weight). Additional Notes Bidders are responsible for verifying pick-up schedules and planning appropriately. Ensure you have adequate help and equipment for item removal.
