Auction Terms and Conditions:  All items will be sold in AS-IS, WHERE-IS condition at the time of auction.  All buyers are expected and encouraged to inspect the items before bidding.  Once the items are declared sold by the auctioneer, those items become the resonsibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the seller nor the auction company will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items.  All invoices shall be paid in full the day of auction.  By registering and obtaining a bidder number, all registrants are agreeing to abide by all terms and conditions set forth by the auction company. 

Payment Terms and Conditions:  We accept Cash or Check with proper and satisfactory photo ID.  We also accept the use of Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  Payments made with the use of a Credit or Debit Card will be subject to a 4% buyers fee in addition to their invoice total.  By registering and obtaining a bidder number, all registrants are agreeing to abide by all terms and conditions set forth by the auction company. 

All announcements made the day of auction will supercede any previous advertisements both print and social media including any electronic communications.
