BEFORE BIDDING please have your finances situated and available for wire transfer or certified bank check ON or BEFORE Monday, September 22nd by 3pm ET. We will accept CASH at time of pickup. Also, have shipping options in the case you are the high bidder.

By registering for this auction, you agree to the terms and conditions as stated:

1. Port City Auctions strives to accurately describe the item being sold. All property offered for sale is strictly AS-IS WHERE-IS with all faults.
All sales are final, no refunds are given.
The sales records and recordings shall be conclusive.

All aspects of this Auction are subject to change without notice. The Auctioneer reserves the right to at anytime and in the Auctioneer's sole and absolute discretion make changes.

It is the responsibility of the bidder to determine the exact condition and authenticity of the item. No statement in this auction or by representatives of Port City Auctions shall be considered as a warranty or assumption of liability. Oral and written descriptions given by its staff members in person or electronically are given as a courtesy to a client, are only an opinion, and should not be considered as a guarantee of age, composition, or authenticity.

The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear or imperfections. A good condition report considers age and use of item with appropriate wear.

By bidding, you signify that you have either closely examined the items, have chosen not to examine them, or have hired an independent agent to examine the item(s) for you.

2. The AUCTIONEER reserves the right to withdraw a lot for any reason deemed appropriate, including any lot that may have a reserve, or if there is a lack of bidding interest or lack of appropriate bids. Port City Auctions shall always have the right to withdraw any item at any time for any reason and to default any sale in the event of an error or dispute.

3. There is no discount offered for Internet bidding. Fees charged by Internet platforms are the bidder's responsibility.

4. PAYMENT- CERTIFIED BANK FUNDS or WIRE TRANSFER ON OR BEFORE MONDAY SEPT 22ND BY 3PM.

5. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ARRANGING SHIPPING.

6. Sale is sold subject to owner confirmation. If you are the high bidder we will contact you after the auction closes.
