The Second Auction is(PENDING)set for Oct 5, 2025, at 9am, same location which will include all the Furniture, Contents of Family Room on Lower Level with the Real Estate  selling at 12 NOON , Subject to Prior Sale.

To Bid on the Real Estate at Auction you must provide a letter from the Bank or Lender with a loan approval, you are also required as the Successful Bidder to provide a $10,000.00 Deposit in the form of a Bank Check surrender for Escrow for the Purchase Price Immediately after Winning, 

Settlement will take place within or before 60 Days, Subject to change with Approval of Seller.  Property is being Sold AS-IS. Real Estate is ready to move in and is working order. This is an Estate Sale; therefore, no Disclosure is required. We have in fact provided on MLS Listing all the updates to the Real Estate.
