Survey: Seller is currently having the property surveyed, and the completed survey will establish the exact boundary lines and land area to be conveyed.
Septic System: This property is serviced by a septic system. It will be the Buyer's sole responsibility and expense to have it inspected and/or updated in accordance with the Iowa Time of Transfer law.
LP Tank: The 500-gallon LP tank is rented from B&B Gas. Buyer will be required to reimburse the Seller at closing for any remaining fuel based on that day's current provider's market price.

Real Estate Taxes: Taxes will be prorated to the date of closing.
