READ CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU ATTEMPT TO BID. Once you bid, you will be bound legally by the following terms and rules that are stated here.

BIDDER REGISTRATION: Bidders will be put in to pending status until Burke Auction Serivce verifies bidder account information.

YOUR BIDDING IS NOT CONDITIONAL UPON FINANCING, so be sure you have arranged financing, if needed, and are capable of settling at auction close.


1. ALL items are offered "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranty or guarantees, expressed or implied, by the consignor or Burke Auction Service, LLC, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
2. Burke Auction Company gives no warranties or guarantees as to any descriptions made on any item at any time. Items are described as accurately as possible, but do not represent any guarantee by the consignor or Burke Auction Service. Lighting, surroundings, and other factors can affect the perception of an item in a photo.
3. ALL bidders are strongly recommended/Encouraged to complete their own personal inspection of the item(s) before placing a bid. It is the responsibility of the buyer to examine the item and determine worth, condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor before they bid. Absolutely no returns, Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information.
4. By placing a bid, the bidder agrees that they have inspected the item to their satisfaction.
5. Bidders accept all auction items/property "WITH ALL FAULTS", whether or not immediately apparent.
6. Upon the award of bid, title and risk of loss, damage to or destruction of the purchased item, passes to the purchaser and the auctioneer shall have no liability whatsoever for any damage to or destruction of any such item.
7. No items may be removed until settled for in the manner announced. All items must be removed within the time announced in terms of sale unless prior arrangements have been made. Any Items not removed at the allotted time, unless arrangements have been made and agreed upon by Burke Auction, will be considered forfeited merchandise and will become the possession and property of Burke Auction.
8. All rights, privileges, and powers reserved or granted to auctioneer in these Terms of Sale shall be deemed reserved and granted to auctioneer's employees, advertising representative, and all owners for whom the items are being sold.
9. Online bidding is a provided service and bidders understand and acknowledge that this service may not function properly. The auction company reserves the right to pause, postpone, or cancel the auction if complications or circumstances out of our control occur.
10. By placing a bid, the bidder acknowledges that they have received, read, and understands and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of the auction.
