John Peck Auctions makes every effort to offer fair unbiased photos and assessments of every firearm sold. John Peck Auctions does not function fire/test any firearm. It is the buyer's responsibility to read descriptions, analyze photos & ask questions PRIOR to bidding. There are absolutely no refunds provided for firearm sales, or any warranties expressed or implied.

If you are not able to attend the scheduled pickup days, we ask you DO NOT bid prior to getting approval from auctioneer. WEEKEND PICKUPS ARE NOT AVAILABLE

Alternate pickup days are case by case and at the sole discretion of the auctioneer. Scheduling is based on the availability of the auction company work schedule. WEEKEND PICKUPS ARE NOT AVAILABLE.

Items must be paid in full by the conclusion of the pickup day. Payments can be mailed, dropped off, paid online or over the phone.
