We guarantee all coins and currency to be Authentic.

Items delivered to Florida will be charged sales tax if applicable. US Coins and Currency without adornments are tax exempt. Bullion (rounds bars ingots with only basic stamps) over $500 total at one time are also tax exempt.

Bidders agree that invoices must be able to be processed by Sunday following the auction. Should additional information be requested Winning Bidders agree to respond by Monday at 2:00 PM. We will not accept alternate forms of payment that require us to receive payment after Monday at 2:00 PM.

We are not accepting NEW Bidders from outside of the United States.

Bidders agree that by registering for our auctions they may be added to our email list to receive notifications about upcoming coin auctions only. Personal information is never sold or shared by Auction Company.

NOTE: If a winning bidder is new to our auctions and/or has not reached "trusted bidder" status with us we may elect payment be made by wire or cashier's check based upon a high invoice total.

Sales tax is 7% in Brevard County. Sales tax is not applied to items shipped out of state. If you live in Florida we will charge sales tax based upon the county the coins are shipped to. US coins and currency are not taxable in the state of FL. Bullion is not taxable over $500. Bullion as defined by the state as bars, rounds, and ingots only.

You Will receive one invoice with shipping costs added once they are calculated (No Latter than Monday Following the Auction). We ship out all items by Wednesday following the auction.

Coins and Currency are guaranteed to be authentic. You must contact us within five days of receipt of your coins if you feel your coins and currency are not authentic. We will not accept return coins except by mutual agreement.

Winning Bidder's agree that charge backs are not allowed.

Coins and Currency are guaranteed to be authentic unless otherwise noted. Otherwise all property is sold 'AS IS WHERE IS', and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Auctions by Wallace may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Auctions by Wallace be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.

Any outstanding invoice not settled by Monday at 2:00 PM on the Monday following the auction will result in the bids being cancelled and the bidder will be banned. Any exception must be agreed upon by both parties prior to placing a bid.

Auctions by Wallace is providing Internet pre-auction as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Auctions by Wallace or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Auctions by Wallace will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the pre-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Auctions by Wallace reserves the right to withdraw items in this auction.

Shipping Information:
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Items are automatically combined for shipping. We work to keep shipping costs as low as possible.

We pack and ship items in-house with tracking and insurance. We ship all coins and currency using USPS flat rate Priority Mail. We use a third party to create our labels and for insurance. These costs are lower than going directly through the Post Office. For larger purchases we have found that the cost for insurance is less than half the cost of insurance through the Post Office.

Any Package with a total sale price of over $200 will be shipped with a Signature Guarantee.

The fall of the hammer is determined when the software in process of closing and then displays sold. We can not reopen any lot once a lot is sold or passed.
