We are showcasing a stunning mid-century dining room set, a king-size bedroom suite, and various accent furniture pieces throughout the home. The kitchen boasts an array of Mid-Century Modern dishware and a collection of vintage holiday tablecloths. The garage holds a wealth of items, including several pick boxes and yard equipment.

In the back room adjacent to the garage, you'll discover a selection of books, white wood shelving, and a coordinating desk. The basement is particularly worth exploring, especially the back room, where you'll find an assortment of hand tools, power tools, electric tools, and various hidden treasures. Additionally, there are two well-maintained wooden workbenches. The basement is also stocked with books, paintings by the owner, vintage clothing, pocketbooks, and much more.

We have a limited timeframe of two days to clear this spacious home, and our prices are very reasonable, with discounts available for larger purchases. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes, as there are steps throughout the house. 

We accept both cash and credit cards. For your convenience, we offer a third-party delivery service for a fee, with most deliveries available on Mondays and Tuesdays during business hours. Please be mindful of your scheduled delivery time; if you are not present, we will not be able to arrange a second delivery, and no refunds will be issued for your purchases.

Early bird, you are welcome to start a list, but it is your responsibility to maintain the list .. Attic  to the basement will not intervene if a list is removed or has been replaced..  Thank  you and we  look forward to seeing  you at the sales..
