By placing a bid, you accept all of the following Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Terms and Conditions of Service.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE PRIOR TO EACH BID CLOSE OF RESERVE AUCTION This reserve auction shall end at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, September 9th, 2025; provided, however, that this reserve auction will close using an extended bidding format. This feature allows the auction to function like a live auction by extending the time for (3) minutes (or by such other time as Bid-2-Buy determines in its sole discretion) on any item that has active bidding within the last three minutes of that item closing. It also allows customers with slower computer connections a fair opportunity to bid by eliminating the bidders that use computer sniping software to place bids within the last second of an auction out bidding you. SALES TAX For Titled Items Bid-2-Buy will be collecting $150 doc fee, 6.875% sales tax and all fees associated with title transfer. For out of State Residents, there is a $50 doc fee. BUYER’S FEE OR PREMIUM A buyer’s fee or premium is charged on each item as follows: 15% buyer’s fee on all bids INSPECTION INFORMATION Monday, September 8th, 2025 - 2:00PM - 5:30PM PAYMENT & PICKUP INFORMATION Thursday, September 11th, 2025 - 9:00AM - 5:00PM Friday, September 12th, 2025 - 9:00AM - 5:00PM his property has a long, narrow, single-lane driveway with very limited parking near the auction staging area. To ensure safety and a smooth flow of traffic: Bidders will be stopped at the end of the driveway and allowed to enter in small groups. Only a limited number of vehicles will be permitted at a time. We kindly ask for your patience and cooperation as we manage bidder access. PAYMENT TERMS Cash, Cashier’s Check & Bank Wire only. NO PERSONAL OR BUSINESS CHECKS, NO CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS. All Cashier’s Checks must be made payable to "Werner Auction Group, Inc.” or “BID-2-BUY". Bid-2-Buy is an assumed name or dba of the Werner Auction Group, Inc. ANY TRANSACTIONS OVER $9,999.00 MUST BE PAID FOR WITH BANK WIRE ONLY. All Cashier’s Checks will be verified by the Financial Institution upon which they are drawn. No items will be released until the entire invoice is paid in full. |
