GENERAL TERMS OF THE AUCTION 4.1 General Auction Terms: While Auctioneer has endeavored to advertise and describe the property correctly, all property is sold "as is," and neither Auctioneer nor seller will be responsible for the description, authenticity, genuineness, provenance, or condition of the property.
