Preview: Friday, August 29, 2025 from 4-6 p.m. at 1053 Dices Springs Rd, Weyers Cave, Va.
Description/Pictures: “You are only bidding on what is described in the lot title & details. Occasionally, the wrong photo is displayed. Anything pictured under, above, beside, inside, or behind is not part of the lot. Always look at the title/description! Please contact us if you find an error and we can make the correction as needed.
Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions.
Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. Any mention of an item’s condition is not an official grading of the item’s condition. When you are not certain of the condition or wear of an item, please bid accordingly.
Closing Auction starts closing Sunday, August 31, 2025 at 6 p.m. using a “soft close”. Any bid placed in the last 1 minute will result in the lot extending an additional 60 seconds. Following the completion of the auction, the card that you registered with will be charged. A paid invoice will be emailed to you (check your spam folder). If you would need a copy of your invoice, please print one out. We will NOT be supplying a printed copy of the invoice.
Sales Tax You will be charged Sales Tax (5.3%) unless you notify us (by sending a Sales Tax Exemption Form) by Friday before the auction closes at 5 p.m. No refunds will be given if we aren’t notified this date.
Payment & Buyer’s Premium You will be charged a 13% Buyer’s Premium on each item that you bid on. Example: If you bid $100 you will be charged $13 buyer’s premium.
Following the completion of the auction, the card that you registered with will be charged. Payment may be made with exact cash or check IF PREARRANGEMENT is made with Mark Craig Auctions by 5pm on Friday prior to the auction closes. Pickup Items must be picked up on Tuesday, September 2 at 1053 Dices Springs Rd, Weyers Cave, Va. from 3-6 p.m.. Anything that is not picked up by 6 p.m. on Tuesday will become the property of Mark W. Craig Auctions and will be disposed of at their discretion (sold, Goodwill, trash).
Please ALLOW us to assist you in locating your items. This allows us to insure that everyone is receiving what they purchased.
Please bring help to load your items as auction staff may not be available to help load.
You are responsible for taking all of the items in your lots. |
