The Contract Price is the final bid price at the auction plus a ten-percent (10%) Buyer’s Fee from the Buyer(s). The property is to be sold “AS-IS” with no warranties or guarantees by the Seller or the Auctioneer whatsoever as to the present or future use. Subject property is to be transferred by Insurable Fee Simple Deed from the Sellers to the successful Buyer(s). Sellers will pay any outstanding liens on the property, property taxes prorated to date of closing, and will furnish an infestation report on the home. All other closing costs are to be paid by the Buyer(s). |
