We request that you do not bid if you are not able to pick up your items on the day and time specified. PACKING MATERIALS: No packing materials or boxes are provided. Customers are responsible to make sure they have all their items before leaving the pickup area. The Vintage Grove Co. is not responsible for items forgotten or left behind. LARGE ITEMS: Staff is unable to assist in the removal of any items including larger furniture. Please bring appropriate help and the appropriately sized vehicle for removal. UNPAID NO SHOWS: After the removal time has expired, all unpaid invoices will be processed as a NO SHOW. Those lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliate's discretion. The lots may be relisted for lack of payment. NO SHOWS run the risk of having their account disabled by K-BID and penalty fees may be incurred to have an account reinstated. PAID NO SHOWS: Items that have been paid for and have not been picked up by the end of the removal time listed in the auction will be considered abandoned and The Vintage Grove Co. will dispose of or relist items as they see fit.
