We have a nice selection of firearms which require you to be of age and have a valid Ohio Drivers License to purchase. Client will be available for the first 60 minutes of the pickup to do paperwork with you for transfer. There is a nice selection of good clean furniture that works in any decor. The owner had a wonderful collection of pocket knives as well. Collectibles from Waterford, Lenox, Belle, Precious Moments, Danbury Mint and many others. We have a nice gun safe which will need moved out of the basement as well. Check out all the pages as there is something for everyone. PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION PRIOR TO BIDDING All bidders must hold a valid Ohio Driver's License and it must be presented at pick up. Only Ohio Residents may bid. 21 and OVER. No exceptions. ALL FIREARMS MUST BE PAID IN CASH. Pick Up will be in North Ridgeville Monday August 18th from 3PM-6PM. We will not accept early arrivals, nor will we process any pick ups after 5pm. Please note, you will need to arrive by 4:30pm to allow time to process paperwork. There are ABSOLUTELY no alternate arrangements for pick up. If you can not make pick up, please do not bid. Bill of Sale will be processed on site, by Fiduciary. Copy of receipt will be emailed after pick up. Absolutely no returns. Items must be inspected prior to leaving property. This will be a one-time pickup. Items not picked up at this time and location will be considered forfeited and disposal fees will be charged to the card on file.Please review the 'Terms & Conditions' section on this site to familiarize yourself with all aspects of the bidding process and pick up procedures. We do not make reminder calls and your invoices can be obtained from your "My Account" Section of the site as well. Credit cards under $10.00 will assessed additional convenience fees.
