Included in the sale of the farm equipment and miscellaneous is an excellent Volvo BL70 backhoe with only 1584 hours, bucket, grapple forks, etc.; J.D. 4640 tractor; Case 1370 (504 Turbo) tractor; J.D. 6600 & Int. 1460 combines; Riviera Cruiser Pontoon boat w/Mercury 25 HP motor, Farmall 1206 diesel tractor w/WF, Wts.; Irrigation equipment including travelers, pipe and related pieces will be sold, as well as tools, lots of shop items, and various chattel.
A large group of shop items have been added to this auction including: Welder & Plasma Cutter, including a solar wire-feed welder, and acetylene, 2 US General Tool Cabinets, 2 new Yukon large tool chests, 2 Craftsman two & three section tool chest, a professional three-section, wrenches, hand tools, compressors, cement mixer, step & extension ladders, barrel carts, a number of outboard motors, engine stand & lift, Generac CW20K Generator, bolt bins, Shop fan, Power pipe tool, Cut-off saw, Drill press, Hydraulic press, 2 Gas Tanks on skids; both with electric pump, older Ford 4-wheel drive pick-up, and household items including square Oak Table, Air Conditioners, Upright Player Piano, Dresser with Mirror, File Cabinets,

Over 300 acres of this offering lies contiguous plus an additional 74 acres situated in Brady and Pavilion Townships. A large portion of the offering has irrigation. The property will be offered as 7 separate parcels allowing the buyer to combine these parcels and/or purchase the entire as a whole.
