Wow, this is one hot summer !  We’ve taken a few weeks off, but are back in the swing again. 
 
This week’s sale has some great things in it, fun shopping.
 

 

The address is 507 Oak Drive, in Lake Jackson. The sale will be Friday and Saturday, August 8th-9th, 9:00a.m.-2:p.m., both days. 
 

 

 Please park going the direction of traffic flow, and do not park up on curbs, or into yard areas.  You know those diligent Lake Jackson officers will come around with their sharpened pencils and citation books ! 

 

Please don’t block driveways, fire hydrants, or traffic.
 
The sign-up sheet will go out around 8:00 on Friday morning, and we’ll begin calling in folks from the list, around 8:45.
 
This homeowner has requested that there be no small children in the estate sale location.  We will abide by their wishes.
 
NO SMALL CHILDREN  IN THE SALE AREAS, PLEASE.
 
We do collect sales tax. We’re a business, not your granny’s garage sale. If you feel the need to complain about that, call our governor, Greg Abbott, bend his ear.
 
Estate Liquidators does NOT provide loaders, carriers, nor pack mules. You will need to find someone to move your heavy or bulky items.
 
There are some areas we’ve got blocked off, with signage. Please be respectful, and don’t snoop. These items belong to the homeowner. There are also some cabinets and shelving units that the new owner has bought, and those items will be staying in the home. They are marked “not for sale”, but items displayed on those shelves WILL be for sale, and priced. 
 
The house area and back patio will be fenced off. To see some of the large yard items that will be for sale, you’ll need to go outside, and around to the back yard area. Prices for those items will be in the house.

There will be antique restored cars/trucks, (1931 Chevrolet Series AE Independence Sedan, 1934 Chevrolet truck, 1935 Chevrolet Master Coupe,(this one may be sold before the sale), 1954 powder blue/white Bel Air, 1972 Corvette, 2001 3/4 ton diesel Ford truck, ,  all contents of a working automotive shop, tools, NOS (Chevrolet) parts, welders, vehicle lift, the shop, and house are packed !  
Anyone interested in the vehicles will have to contact me for any appointments, they’re all at a private mechanic’s shop, being detailed, and put into running order.
