THE SELLER SHALL PAY THE DECEMBER 2025 TAX INSTALLMENT IN FULL. THE PURCHASER(S) SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY REAL ESTATE TAXES THEREAFTER. THERE WILL BE NO PRORATION OF REAL ESTATE TAXES.
