Find some great deals at this Solon Estate Sale on Springside Lane. 

Bidding Starts:  Monday, 7/28/25 at 6:30 p.m.

Bidding Ends:  Sunday, 8/3/25 starting at 6:30 p.m.

Pick up items: Monday, 8/04/25 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.  No early pick-ups.  No additional pick-up days.  

Auction Type:  Absolute, no reserves. 

Pick up location is off of Mosher Rd, Wellington, OH.  Full address will be disclosed in your emailed invoice.  

THIS IS A ONE TIME PICK UP, PLEASE DON'T BID IF YOU CANNOT MAKE THE PICKUP TIME. NO OTHER TIMES AVAILABLE. 

ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED - Winners MUST remove ALL items in the lots they have won.   ABANDONED ITEMS WILL INCUR A DISPOSAL/TRANFER FEE OF UP TO $20.

Your own muscle is required, please bring help or arrange movers for heavy items.  Winning bidders MUST provide or bring their own help, materials (boxes/packing supplies), and tools needed to move items safely.  We will not be able to help move/load furniture or other items. Thank you.
