Thank you for your interest in our upcoming Colts Neck Estate Sale. This event will feature a stunning selection of handmade quilts, both small and large, along with a variety of furniture, accent pieces, home decor, garage items, tools, yard tools, and knickknacks, including Hummels. You'll also find several captivating pieces of wall art that are not to be missed.

The sale will commence promptly on Friday at 9 AM. Please refrain from bringing large handbags; however, empty bags for shopping are welcome. For larger purchases, we recommend bringing assistance to help carry items to your vehicle. Our team at Attic to the Basement is happy to assist with items weighing 15 pounds or less if we are available. Additionally, we offer a third-party delivery service for a fee. Most deliveries are scheduled for Mondays and Tuesdays during business hours. Please note that if you are not present at your scheduled delivery time, it will result in a non-refundable situation, and you will not have another opportunity for delivery.

For those who arrive early, you are welcome to start a list, but please be aware that it is your responsibility to maintain it. Any lists that are altered or removed will be your responsibility, and we will not intervene. Thank you once again, and we look forward to seeing you at the sale!
