Bring Backs: In the event of an emergency, you are unable to attend the pickup, the auction company can provide transport for (small, manageable) items to be taken to our office in Farmland for a pick up within 72 hours. There will be a $5.00/ item fee added to your bill. Please note that this is in a per person basis and arrangements MUST be made in advance. Shipping: After your initial payment for your purchase, your card on file will be charged for the cost of shipping plus a $5 per packaged box. We try and ship your items via USPS. Some items due to size or weight will need to be shipped via USPS. We have had too many issues with FedEx (lost packages, broken packages, etc) so we prefer not to use them. Terms & Conditions: The Sale of Items- Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate has the right to terminate the auction at any reasonable time; withdrawal from sale any item; to sell at this auction items not listed; to group one of more lots into one or more selling lots or to subdivide into two lots or more selling lots. Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate also reserves the right to sell all of the items listed in bulk. No Liability- Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate assumes no liability for your purchases (if you buy a lawnmower, bulldozer, or other such item, and you don't know how to use it and get injured, we are not liable). The buyer assumes and does agree to indemnify and hold the Auction Company and seller harmless from any future claim that shall pertain to the fitness or use of that asset being purchased. Documents- All documents must be completed in full by buyers and sellers. For example: Death Certificates, Letters of Authority, Creditor Liens, and UCC's when purchasing vehicles, firearms, etc. Loading Equipment- Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate does not lend, lease, or borrow any equipment, nor deliver sold goods. Consignors- All consignors must fill out a contract with Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate, sign forms and abide by our terms listed. Bidders- All bidders must register for bidder's numbers with proper ID. Payment- Purchases must be paid in full within 24 hours of conclusion of the auction. Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover with no extra fees. Wire transfers will incur an extra fee. Buyer specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with credit card. Removal- No goods will be removed until paid in full. Purchaser is responsible for removal of all purchased items. No abandonment of purchased items is allowed. Purchaser will be responsible to pay the full cost of removal or disposal of abandoned items. Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate shall not, in any event, be liable for non-removal or abandonment or for any other matter to any purchaser of any lot. Paid Receipt- Removal of purchased items shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Purchases can be removed upon presentation of paid receipt to Auction staff. Purchased goods must be removed within the parameters listed in the auction description or sold for storage in our upcoming sale. NSF Funds- A fee for Non-sufficient Funds (NSF) checks per occurrence will be charged. NO CREDIT ALLOWED Reserve Prices- We are governed by the Indiana Statutes and all items sell with a reserve unless advertised. Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate has the right to publish or disclose any minimum due to confidentiality. Vehicles sell with owner's confirmation. Bidding- No consignor, seller, or agent for seller has that right to bid on their consigned goods. Employee Bidding- Any employee of Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate may bid at any auction if they so wish to purchase an item. Compliance with The Terms of Sale- In default of payment of bills in full within the time announced for this auction the Auction Company in addition to all other remedies allowed by law, may retain all monies received as deposit or otherwise, as liquidated damages. Condition of Items Sold- All information is believed to be accurate, but the auction company shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness of or defect in any lot, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance will be made or sale set aside on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging or any imperfection not noted. No deduction will be allowed on damaged articles as all goods being exposed for public exhibition are sold "as is" and without recourse. Nominal bids- Any bid that is merely a nominal bid may be rejected by the Auction Company or the Auction Company may reject fractional advances, if in their judgment it may adversely affect the sale. Absentee (proxy) Bids - Absentee bids may be presented to the auction company in writing and must be accompanied by credit/debit card number, which will be verified for you maximum bid amount and applicable Buyer's Premium prior to the sale. Buyer may deliver to auction company maximum bid in certified funds to be refunded in full, if Buyer does not gain the successful bid. Due to the passsing of Mr & Mrs Bell.and the home being sold, we have been taked with liquidating the contents of the home. Mr Bell worked at Westinghouse for many years. Mrs. Bell was a local artist in the area for many years being an insructor certified by Bob Ross. Many of the paintings offered have been done by her.
Please be bare with us, we are working on descriptions for several items due to some techincal difficulties. 1 Chevrolet Traverse 2009 Chevrolet Traverse, good condition, newer tires, V6 engine, cloth interior, drivers electric seat, electric doors and windows. 29,087 original miles. Clean, no major damage. VIN: 1GENR13D99S179471 1 Baskets Large grouping of baskets, various styles and types. All look to be in good condition. 2 Tole Brushes Display Tole brush display, complete and good condition. Glass tubes and metal frame. 3 Contents of Shelf Comes with glass bottles, vases, and small glass pressed dish. 4 Glass Bottles & Glass Dishes Set of frosted glass bottles, comes clear glass dish and green jar, textured. 5 Prism Projector Prism projector, looks to be complete, 110v, was not tested. 6 Tools & Lights Misc grouping of tools and lights, handsaw, fire extinguisher, heat lamp type lights, some medium to light duty extension cords. 7 Frames & Baskets Small grouping of wooden frames, comes with some misc baskets as well. All look to be in good condition. 8 Crockpot Crockpot, looks to be in good condition, comes with lid, 110v, older piece, has not been tested. 9 Contents of Shelf Features ceramic ducks, bottles, glass dishes, punch bowl, hand painted meat cleaver, and other glass pieces, all appear to be in good condition. 10 Contents of Tote Contents of large tote, comes with glass bricks, home decor and more. 11 Red Leather Rocking Reclining Chair Red colored red rocking reclining chair, does have some wear on arms, still has a lot of life left in the chair, oversized stuffed type chair. 12 Mid Century Modern End Table Mid Century Modern end table, appears to be in good condition, round, double tiered. 13 Table Lamp Table lamp, ceramic and metal base, comes with shade, does appear to be in good condition, has not been tested. 14 Cloth Wingback Chair Clothed covered wingback chair, wooden legs, good condition, does need to be cleaned, straight type chair. 15 Vintage Wooden Stand Vintage wooden stand, appears to be hand painted on front, drawers, appears to be in good condition. 16 Milk Glass Hobnail Vase & Green Dish Milk glass hobnail vase, comes with small green dish. Neither of these are marked. 17 Ornate Framed Mirror Large wooden ornate framed mirror, good condition. 18 Vintage Straight Chair Vintage straight chair, appear to have been recovered, solid chair, cloth covered. 19 Desk Chairs Set of older desk chairs, these are on casters and swivel, metal framed with vinyl coverings. 20 Trash Cans Several plastic trash cans, all are smaller pieces, kitchen or bathroom type cans. 21 Metal Tins Grouping of metal tins, comes with vintage trophy. 22 Lamp Floor lamp, flexible lights, appears to be good, has not been tested. 23 Home Decor Pieces.
