All bids and sales are final.

All items are being sold "As Is, Where Is," With All Faults and without any warranties as to merchant ability of fitness for a particular purpose. The principal, the auctioneer, the advertising coordinator, and any of their agents make no express or implied warranties of any type.

All descriptions and images are believed to be accurate, inspection of items is encouraged. If you have any question please contact us.

There is a 20% Buyers premium on all items, which covers the cost of processing credit cards that exclude Local Sales Tax.

Some items would required 2nd Verification and Signing of Used of Credit Card Form before the item(s) are ship. While some items would required only Bank Transfer payment only.

All payment must be made by 5:00 PM, Sunday, 28th Sept, 2025. We call all first time Buyer for verification and to take payment via telephone, while the repeat Buyers with Expediter Auction Credit Card on File will be charged at the close of the auction unless you contact us to arrange other means of payment. We accept all major Credit Cards, Wire Transfer, Bitcoin and Cash for local Buyers only. We do not accept personal checks without pre-approval.

NON CHARGEBACK AGREEMENT: BUYER AGREES THAT ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD "AS IS-WHERE IS," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES. CATALOG, WEB, AND ADVERTISING DESCRIPTIONS ARE NOT GUARANTEED. BIDDERS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO THOROUGHLY INSPECT ITEMS BEFORE BIDDING AND TO SATISFY THEMSELVES OF SUCH MATTERS AS TO SUITABILITY, MARKETABILITY, COMPLETENESS, YEAR, MAKE, MODEL, CONDITION AND/OR ANY OTHER CONSIDERATION. IF YOU ARE UNSURE AS TO ANY MATTER, DO NOT BID.

All items must be picked only on Saturday, 4th Oct., 2025 between 10:30AM - 2:00PM.

Items not picked up during that time will be subject to forfeiture with no refund. Items will be resold, disposed of, or donated. It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure they are able to remove items.

If you require items to be shipped, there is a $0 handling fee for this Auction. The Buyer pays only the shipping Costs (which are reasonable negotiated rate)

If items are not picked up by 2.00p.m. on the specified day for auction pickup, your credit card on file will be charged and the items will be resold or disposed of at our discretion unless other arrangements has been made.

There is a $20.00 per item disposal fee for any items not picked up on the date and time listed in the auction.

Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer and seller from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or by the removal or shipping of items purchased.

We are not professionals at authenticating merchandise. However we do our best to identify fake items and it will be listed in the description as such. All information in the listings was obtained from sources deemed reliable. Although every precaution has been taken to ensure accuracy, the Expediter LLC and it subsidiaries, the advertising coordinator, and all of their agents shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions therein. It is for this reason that we recommend that all items be thoroughly inspected prior to the point of sale.
