Treasure Chest Estate Sales offers pre-owned items in various conditions. Signs of wear consistent with pre-owned goods should be expected. We thoroughly inspect all lots for defects; however, descriptions and conditions do not imply that an item is in perfect condition.

Please Review Before Bidding:

Carefully review all photos for item condition prior to placing a bid. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own research on items of interest before bidding. Not all items shown in photos may be listed in the title or description—please examine images closely. Item condition may vary from piece to piece, even within the same lot.

Treasure Chest Estate Sales and the auction manager make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of item descriptions, authenticity, or condition. All descriptions reflect our best opinion and are provided for informational purposes only. No warranties are expressed or implied regarding age, materials, provenance, or any other characteristics. It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect, research, and evaluate all items prior to bidding.

All items are sold "AS IS." There are no returns, credits, or exchanges.

If jewelry is described as silver or gold, it has been acid-tested and marked accordingly. However, we cannot guarantee the origin of stones, including whether they are lab-created, enhanced, or otherwise.

If you are uncertain about an item, please do not bid. Click on the main photo to open the file and use the zoom feature to review the item’s visual description, measurements, and condition details. ONCE YOU BID AND WIN AN ITEM, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE. In the event of a dispute after the sale, Treasure Chest Estate Sales' record of the final sale is conclusive.

Pickups:
If you are picking up items in person, bring a valid photo ID. If you authorize a third party to collect your items, you must provide written authorization in advance from the email account associated with your winning bid.

Furniture Pickup:
Buyers must bring their own assistance and tools to remove furniture. If you arrive without help, pickup will not be allowed for safety reasons and to prevent damage to the property. There are no additional or alternative pickup dates and times for won items. We do not provide labor assistance for large items, so plan accordingly.
For transport and delivery fees, call 908.240.7211 in advance. Your order will be professionally handled and accompanied by an invoice for signature.

Shipping:
Limited shipping is available. Please inquire before bidding!
• Shipping is only offered for certain items, and includes an additional fee for packing, handling, and insured shipping.
• The cost of shipping will automatically be charged to your card.
• If we do not receive shipping instructions on the same day the auction closes, items will be forfeited without a refund.
• Ensure your shipping address on the invoice with Auction Ninja is correct.

Large Item Shipping:
• We offer drop-off at UPS, but an additional handling fee will apply.
• UPS packing and shipping charges are calculated independently and billed to your card on file or UPS account.
• Treasure Chest Estate Sales is not responsible for damages once items are turned over to a shipping facility.
If we do not receive shipping instructions on the same day the auction closes, items will be forfeited without a refund.

Pickup Location & Timing:
Winning bidders will receive the pickup address via email. If you do not receive this email, please contact us.
Pickup Date & Time:
• Saturday Jul 19, 10:00 - 1:00
• The pickup door will close precisely at 1:00PM on Saturday Jul 19.
• No additional or alternative pickup times will be available.
Any items not claimed by Saturday, Jul 19 before 1:00 PM will be subject to a $50 forfeiture fee.

Liability - Treasure Chest Estate Sales is not liable for any accidents or injuries during the pickup.
