BUYER PREMIUM of 10% added to each item purchased, with $2,500 cap on any individual items. Please call in advance for an explantion if you do not understand "Buyer Premium".

No statement regarding condition, kind, value, or quality of a lot, whether made orally or in writing in our catalog or elsewhere, shall be construed to be an expressed or implied warranty or representation. Any such warranty is waived. Inspect before you bid.

Bradeen Auctions reserves the right to withdraw any property before the sale and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal.

Property Inspection: Property will be available for inspection at the 5 locations on Tuesday July 15th, from 11am to 2pm or see the detailed description & photos in the online catalog.

Property Settlement & Pickup: Thursday July 17th. Payment at two locations, Bradeen Auctions Facility, 9 W. Mt. Rushmore Rd., Custer and 451 Main Street, Hill City and then proceed with your paid receipt to the location of your items for pickup. All items must be settled for and picked up Thursday July 17th between 10:00am & 3:00pm. No Exceptions.

---PAYMENT---
We accept cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express) 3.75% swipe fee on credit card payments. We will not charge over $900 on a credit card. You will need to set up a wire transfer.

Cash and check payments accepted on settlement day during scheduled hours. After that time, only payment by credit card will be accepted.

Wiring instructions can be provided upon request and all wire transfers will be assessed a $10 fee.

All vehicle titles held up to 10 business days from close of bidding. $10 doc fee per bidder for titled vehicles. 10 day holding period and doc fee waved for cash payment made in person during scheduled settlement.

ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE PURCHASE OF FIREARMS

You must be 21 years of age and a resident of the State of South Dakota to purchase any pistols, OR you will need to ship to and transfer through an FFL dealer in the state which you are a current resident of.

Firearms must be PAYED IN FULL before pickup. No additional fees if possession is taken during scheduled settlement.

IF YOU PURCHASE ONLINE AND ARE UNABLE TO TAKE POSSESSION OF YOUR FIREARM(S) IN PERSON BY 2:00PM MT ON THURSDAY December 5th, 2024, YOUR FIREARMS WILL BE TRANSPORTED TO FFL DEALER "GUN VAULT LLC" OF EDGEMONT SOUTH DAKOTA AND BE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE:

South Dakota sales tax charged on all items. Except for titled vehicles and livestock.

If you have a tax-exempt license, you must have a current (within the preceding 12 calendar months) South Dakota Certificate of Exemption form on file with Bradeen Auctions or sales tax will be collected. Be prepared to fill one out at checkout. You authorize Bradeen Auctions to charge your credit card if no contact has been made by the end of the scheduled settlement. Please note the buyer will also be responsible for a 3.75% credit card transaction fee, and handling/storage fees incurred by Bradeen Auctions.
