Upon arrival to the Front Gate each registered individual will be required to present a valid driver’s license/ID, prior to admittance into the community. Individuals that fail to pre-register will not be admitted. No exceptions. Payment on site is Cash only on Award of Bid. Same day removal. Additional time may be given by appointment. Entire estate will be sold as 1 lot. Buyer can take what they want and leave what they don’t want. Proxy bids accepted with a 25% Zelle deposit, fully refundable if you are not the high bidder.
