The offering and sale of property by�Estate Downsizing Specialists,�LLC (EDS) is subject to the following conditions of sale, as modified or supplemented by other written provisions and/or in announcements made by the auctioneer, prior to or at the time of the sale.
ALL BUYERS - OUR TERMS of SALE HAVE CHANGED � PLEASE READ Your bid is your agreement to purchase. BUYER�S PREMIUM: All bidders will pay an 18% buyer�s premium. Buyer�s Premium for Specialty and Automobile Auctions may vary, see individual auction descriptions for details. REMOVAL of PURCHASED LOTS: Items may be removed from the auction house by the buyer after the invoice has been paid. Removal shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. EDS shall not be responsible for items not collected by close of business on the Friday of the week of the auction. Lots not paid for and/or removed within this time frame may be resold at public or private sale without further notice. PAYMENT: EDS accepts cash, major credit cards, Zelle, wire transfer, personal checks (with a hold until payment clears) and certifiable funds. Nothing will ship until payment is clear and certified to our bank. Buyers will be contacted via email by Shipping Saints after the auction closes; buyers must click on SHIPPING or PICK UP within this message. EDS makes every effort to contact buyers, however, it is the buyers' responsibility to communicate with EDS to arrange pick up or shipping. Purchased items will not be stored at the EDS facility beyond the week of the auction and will be considered forfeited. Gold, Numismatics, Sterling Silver or purchases over $1000 REQUIRE CONFIRMED FUNDS for new buyers with EDS, such as ACH, Bank or Wire Transfer, as well as proof of identity. Restrictions on shipping of gold and other items may apply. The full purchase price and all applicable taxes and fees are required before removal or shipping of any items. YOUR BID IS A CONTRACT TO BUY: Bidding in an EDS Auction is your contract to purchase. Effective and enforceable immediately when you become the high, winning bidder, you have agreed contractually to your purchase per the laws of the State of Indiana. All bidders must be 18 years of age or older and competent to conduct a financial transaction. EDS makes every effort to accurately describe all lots. We will make every effort to accurately describe all items - descriptions, marks, identification, and photographs of the items will not be considered a warranty or guarantee of authenticity or value. All auctions are considered reserve auctions unless otherwise posted. EDS and its employees reserve the right to bid on any item for any reason, including absentee bids placed by non-internet bidders. The bidder/buyer agrees to pay all costs associated with any collection process for funds due to EDS. This may include legal and court fees, time, and ANY associated costs. The purchaser agrees that a fee of 10% per month will be added to the balance of any unpaid amount due to EDS. This will include ANY and ALL costs associated with collection, including damages. NEW LOTS MAY BE ADDED: New lots may be added to any of our auctions up to the Friday before the Monday close of the sale. BIDDING: Auction lots will have a staggered ending time starting at 6pm or 7pm EST, depending on the season, with most auctions closing on Mondays and Wednesdays. All EDS auctions have soft closing times. Stagger time varies per auction depending on the total lot count. Any bids placed in the last two minutes of time remaining will extend the total time. If two bidders place high bids that are the same amount, the FIRST recorded bid becomes the winner. Make sure you have the high bid before assuming you have purchased an item. EDS assumes no responsibility or liability in the bidding activities during the close of the auction. Once an item is closed, EDS cannot change the winning bidder status under any circumstances. EDS reserves the right to withdraw any bid for any reason. ADDITION TO OR WITHDRAWAL FROM SALE: Seller or Auctioneer may withdraw or change the items being sold in this event at any time and at their discretion. SALES TAX: 7% Indiana Sales Tax will be charged for all buyers with Indiana residence. If you have a Tax Exemption, we must have your Exemption Certificate on file before the close of the auction. No Lots will be released on a Tax-Exempt basis until EDS has a current copy ON FILE. Certificates can be emailed to EDSOnlineAuctions@Gmail.com. SHIPPING: In-house shipping is available on some, but not all, lots. Additional charges will be due and paid separately for shipping and handling. Please know that shipping fees are not determined by the price you pay per lot but by the size, weight,�cost of packing material, and labor. This auction of donated items supports the Lambda Phi Chapter of Sigma Phi Gamma International Sorority, Windfall Dancers Inc. and the Boys and Girls Club of Bloomington. All items have been donated to raise funds in benefit of these non-profit organizations in the Bloomington, Indiana area.
The Lambda Phi Chapter of Sigma Phi Gamma International Sorority is an organization founded in 1920 for women, by women, to serve communities in the US and Canada. SPG is a diverse, non-academic International Sorority chartered to:
� promote friendship among women throughout the world
� work for higher standards among young people
� perform service work whenever and wherever possible
� engage with others to make our communities healthy and vibrant.

Lambda Phi Chapter is a small chapter here in Bloomington established in 1974. Lambda Phi currently has 9 members, and is currently working to increase its numbers as well as reaching out into the community for new philanthropic projects in the local community. Windfall Dancers is the first of such projects and EDS is proud to present this auction on our platform. 100% of your bidding dollars will go to the organization. EDS does have an 18% buyer's premium which covers a portion of the cost to present this auction.

Our mission is to ignite a passion for dance in the community through quality instruction, engaging performances, and innovative community outreach in a nurturing environment for creative expression. In addition to the Windfall Dance Company and Windfall School of Dance, Windfall supports other dance and movement organizations such as Dance for Parkinson's, Bloomington Expressive Arts Training, Dark Side Troupe, Bloomington Drum and Dance, and others through making our dance friendly spaces available.
