All bidders must read and agree to the following terms and conditions before placing bids.

GENERAL TERMS

Buyer's Premium: A 10% buyer�s premium will be added to the final bid price of all items.

Sales Tax: Applicable items will be subject to a 9.375% sales tax in accordance with state and local tax regulations.

Absolute Auction: All items will be sold to the highest bidder regardless of price.

As-Is, Where-Is: All items are sold as-is, where-is with no warranties, guarantees, or returns. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.

AUCTION SCHEDULE

Auction Location: 21 Industrial Park, Benton, AR 72015

Preview/Inspection: Tuesday, June 24th from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon

Bidding Opens: Monday, June 9th at 10:00 AM (CT)

Bidding Begins to Close: Wednesday, June 25th at 2:00 PM (CT)

Load-Out & Removal: Thursday, June 26th from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM & Friday June, 27th from 9:00 AM - 12:00 noon

A forklift will be available to assist with loading palletized items on a first-come, first-served basis.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment Due: All accounts will be settled immediately following the close of the auction. The credit card on file with Wooley Auctioneers/HiBid will be automatically charged for the full invoice amount, including buyer�s premium and applicable sales tax.

Declined Cards: A $25 service fee will be applied to any declined credit card that requires additional time or contact to secure payment.

Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover

Cash or Cashier�s Check (You must contact us before the auction closes to arrange non-card payment)

No personal checks accepted.

Credit Card Authorization: By registering and bidding, you authorize Wooley Auctioneers, Inc. to charge your card on file for all winning bids and applicable fees.

Sales Tax Exemption:
If you hold a valid Arkansas Resale Tax Permit and wish to claim tax exemption, you must email a copy of your permit to the auctioneer at brad@wooleyauctioneers.com before the auction closes. Failure to submit this documentation in advance will result in sales tax being charged.
BIDDER REQUIREMENTS

Valid name, mailing address, phone number, email, and credit card are required to register and bid.

Currency: All transactions are conducted in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Your bid is a binding contract. Do not bid unless you are able to pay in full and pick up during the designated load-out period.

SHIPPING

Shipping is not provided by the auction company.

Buyers must arrange shipping independently with a carrier of their choice.

All shipping arrangements must be scheduled during the designated removal time.

The auction company will not coordinate with carriers after the removal window closes.

Contact your shipper for a quote before bidding on large or heavy items.

FAILURE TO PICK UP

IMPORTANT: All items must be removed during the scheduled load-out time. Failure to remove items will result in forfeiture, and ownership will revert back to the seller without refund.

Contact the auctioneer prior to the auction closing if you anticipate issues with removal.

INTERNET BIDDING NOTICE

This auction is conducted online as a convenience to bidders.

Wooley Auctioneers is not responsible for missed bids, connection issues, or system errors.

To ensure your bid is received, use the maximum bid (proxy bidding) feature and place bids at least 24 hours before the auction ends.

The auctioneer reserves the right to re-catalog or withdraw items at any time.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

Your bid is a legal contract. Do not bid unless you intend to pay.

All items are sold �as-is, where-is� with no returns or warranties.

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Bidders must be 18 years of age or older.

The auction moves quickly; bid promptly.

Any legal disputes will be resolved in Pulaski County, Arkansas.

The auction company reserves the right to refuse service to any individual.

All terms posted online prior to auction close override any printed or verbal statements.

Descriptions are provided to the best of our ability but are not guaranteed. No liability is assumed for errors or omissions.

By placing a bid, you agree to all terms and conditions of the auction.

SOFT CLOSE EXPLANATION

This auction features a soft close. If a bid is placed on an item within the final 60 seconds, the bidding time for that item will be extended by one minute. This will continue until no further bids are placed during the extension window. This prevents last-second "sniping" and ensures fair bidding.
