LOCAL PICK UP IS FREE OF CHARGE.
Non paying customers will be blocked form bidding in the future. ALL ITEMS ARE AS WHERE IS. 1. Bidder accepts that a given item is satisfactory to them by bidding on item. 2. Absolutely all items are "as-is"..with no guarantees to suitability for any specific purpose. 3. Auction Company is not liable for any errors or ommisions, in listing. 4. Non paying bidders will be held liable for all charges to collect funds, and/or dispose of property purchased. 5. Auction Company reserves the right to demand Specific Forms of Payment for any Item from any bidder. IE cash, and or certified funds for specific items prior to shipping or delivery..Buyers shall be prepared to pay with funds specified by auction company at end of sale 6. this sale is not limited to these terms and all terms are listed on sale page. BUYERS WITH BAD CARD INFORMATION OR DECLINED CARDS WILL BE CHARGED $25.00 SERVICE FEE FOR PAPER WORK AND HANDLING CHARGES OF PRODUCT. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION UP TO DATE WITH HI BID. IF WE HAVE TO CALL YOU FOR PAYMENT YOU WILL BE CHARGED THIS FEE. SHIPPING WILL BE ADD TO YOUR BILL AT THE END. A $5.00 PER LOT BOX FEE WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR ORDER. PLUS SHIPPING FEE FROM USPS. THIS IS FOR SHIPPING CUST ONLY. IF YOU ARE PICKING UP IT IS FREE. All buyers must have items picked up that day or make other arangments with me 402-230-0054. ITEMS THAT ARE NOT PICKED UP WILL STILL BE CHARGED TO YOU, AND THEN WILL BE DISCARDED IF NOT PICKED UP. WE DO NOT USE ANY OTHER FORM OF PROCESSER. 1.9% CARD SERVICE FEE WILL CHARGED ON TOP OF PURCHASE FOR USE OF CREDIT CARD. YOU WILL HAVE TO PROVIDE US WITH A EMAIL THAT WE CAN SEND YOUR BILLING TO FROM OUR SQUARE ACCOUNT. WE DO TAKE CASH AND GOOD CHECK DAY OF PICKUP. CHECKS FROM OUT OF STATE WILL NOT BE TAKEN.
