I have to say, this sale has been worth the wait, y’all ! The homeowner was from The Netherlands, so the home is filled with beautiful, high quality items, from Holland, Germany, France, Belgium, and Canada. We’ve never had a sale quite like this one before. There are rooms filled with great cookware, sewing and quilting supplies, clothing, beautiful furniture, art, linens, and it just keeps going ! I’ll apologize ahead of time, if I’ve duplicated any photos, it’s pretty overwhelming.  The jewelry room is really, really packed, so be polite to others !!!

 
There is a multi-day close patrol by law enforcement on the property, before, and for the duration of the sale. They’ve been made aware that if ya aren’t supposed to be on the property outside of sale hours, there could be citations issued. So, you’ve been warned.
 
The sale will be held Friday, Saturday, Sunday, May 23-24-25, 9:00a.m.-3:00p.m. on Friday and Saturday, 10:00-3:00 on Sunday.  The address is 620 County Road 698C, south of Angleton. County Road 698 is off County Road 288,(Old Angleton Road), between FM 2004, and FM 220. We’ll have signs out, but you’re going to feel like you’re driving in a circle, which you kind of will be. When you turn onto 698, go to the three way stop sign, take a left. The road then hooks to the right. Take the next left, then, the next left. The home will be the third house on your left.  Park carefully !!! The street is narrow, so don’t be wearing your cranky pants, please. I’ll be wearing my sassy pants, and sassy trumps cranky……
 
The sign-up sheet will go out around 7:30 Friday morning, and we’ll begin calling the names around 8:45. 
 
THERE WILL BE NO SMALL CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE SALE AREA, at the client’s request !!!  
 
There will also be NO public restroom, again, at the client’s request. (There’s a Buccee’s right down the road)
 
Jewelry items will stay with the attendant, to be picked up when the customer is ready to check out. (Please note, there will be NO,”oh, hold this while I go home to get my money, I’ll be back in a few hours.” Uh no, that’s not gonna fly, folks.) 
 
Estate Liquidators does NOT provide loaders, carriers, nor pack mules, for your heavy/bulky items. You’ll need to make your own arrangements to have your purchases moved. 
 
We DO collect sales tax. From everyone. We have’n’t honored ye olde tax certificates for quite a few years now.

Bernard River, and a possible sale in the Clute area.  We were really going to try to take July/August off……we’ll see.
 
There’s a FUN FAMILY EVENT coming up, on June 7th, 12-4, called The Stephen F Austin Experience. It’s going to be a “step back in time” event, for children AND adults !!!   It’s Free ! Free ! Free !  There will be many areas to visit, to learn about quilting, weaving, handwriting, flags, THE CANNON, musket demonstrations, rope making, music, and games !!!  The event will be held at the Stephen F Auston-Munson County park. The Stephen F Austin %00 group will have a spot there, to answer your questions, and try to drag you, kicking and screaming, into becoming a volunteer with  the group. It’s actually a lot of fun, and who knows, ya may just learn something !!!

We have an interesting sale coming up on the San 
Bernard River, and a possible sale in the Clute area.  We were really going to try to take July/August off……we’ll see.
 
There’s a FUN FAMILY EVENT coming up, on June 7th, 12-4, called The Stephen F Austin Experience. It’s going to be a “step back in time” event, for children AND adults !!!   It’s Free ! Free ! Free !  There will be many areas to visit, to learn about quilting, weaving, handwriting, flags, THE CANNON, musket demonstrations, rope making, music, and games !!!  The event will be held at the Stephen F Auston-Munson County park. The Stephen F Austin %00 group will have a spot there, to answer your questions, and try to drag you, kicking and screaming, into becoming a volunteer with  the group. It’s actually a lot of fun, and who knows, ya may just learn something !!!
