2. This is an as is where is auction. All decsriptions are just the auctioneers opinion. You are responsible for doing your own inspection of the items. If an item is sold as working you can test it at pickup before taking the item to make sure it works, after leaving the auction it is considered yours and not our responsibility. 3. Shipping. We do offer shipping on any item that can be shipped through the mail. Shipping costs are your responsibility. We do not give shipping estimates. We put insurance on all priority mail items but if they deny a claim it is not our responsibility. 4. If you are injured on the premise you may not hold Brooks LeFeber Auctions or the owner of the property accountable. 5. We are not responsible if you lose internet connection or forget to bid. 6. You are buying only the item described and pictured, not anything in the back ground and not the number card. 7. This is a small farm with a 1984 Dodge stepsied pickup, International 786 tractor, John DeereSickle bar mower, Log splitter, tin roofing, generator, Firewood, Radio flyer wagon, Sawblades, Lincoln stick welder, Craftsman riding Mower 42 in, Aircompressor, Vintage farm signs, Diecast toys, Fencing, 3 point bucket, Milk cans, 7ft drag, bale spike, Propane tanks, lumber, cement mixer, motor stand, tire changer tire balancer, gear pullers, sawzall, craftsman wrench sets, animal traps, electric fence supplies, come a long, tools, table saw, air tank, scrap metal, broken farm implements, sockets, grinder, pitch forks, jackstands 1 We will not have a loader present either go ask a farmer or bring your own TRACTOR to load things 1 pickup is wed thurs only read so long as large items are paid for on those days you can come back and get them after the auction within 1 week.
