Terms of Auction:

Everything is being sold as we have no working knowledge of Electric or Gas Items. Most boxed items were originally packed by prior owners.

Before removing any items from Auction, you must pay in full. If your purchase requires additional time to pick up purchases, arrangements can be discussed with the Auctioneer and/or Owner of Clemmer Moving and Storage.

Once you have been declared the winner of the Vault(s) you Bid on, you are responsible for the Safety of it. The Buyer must remove all their items from the Vault(s), at which time the Deposit of $100.00 which is required when Registering for a Bidding Number, will be returned.

If the Buyer does not purchase any vault(s), your $100.00 deposit will be returned upon leaving.
