2. This is an as is where is auction. All decsriptions are just the auctioneers opinion. You are responsible for doing your own inspection of the items. If an item is sold as working you can test it at pickup before taking the item to make sure it works, after leaving the auction it is considered yours and not our responsibility. 3. Shipping. We do offer shipping on any item that can be shipped through the mail. Shipping costs are your responsibility. We do not give shipping estimates. We put insurance on all priority mail items but if they deny a claim it is not our responsibility. 4. If you are injured on the premise you may not hold Brooks LeFeber Auctions or the owner of the property accountable. 5. We are not responsible if you lose internet connection or forget to bid. 6. You are buying only the item described and pictured, not anything in the back ground and not the number card. 7. You have to pay the 15% buyers premium or 10% for cash as well as sales tax where applicable. 8. Auctioneer does his best to see any defects in an item but it is not his rersponsibilty to find them. This is the second and final collection his marbles. There are a wide array of marbles, paperweights, books displays and other items. Some of the marbles of note, west virinia, cats eyes, Clearies, Sam Hogue, Christensen, Asian reverse painted, Uranium Glass, Mark Mathews, TOm Milletello , Comet Creations, German Sulfide, Ninja Turtles, Vintage Ellison Scholes Bridge Wigan bottle, Peltier, Chinese checker games, Clay marbles. and more 1 Shipping read we try to ship the most reasonable way possible which usually is usps ground. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. We do not give quotes for shipping. Shipping can take up to 2 weeks from the end of the auction. I see and mw on it but not positive. but it is beautiful 90 this lot was in a bag labelled damaged some look pretty good to me but I am no expert 91 Misc old rare marbles these were in the peltier buckets he was selling I guess they did not make the cut 93 came out of bag with no label the next few lots came out of a bag that had no label we just put 100 in a lot 94 100 random marbles he had these in a large bag we broke them up to lots of 100 96 100 random marbles all came out of a bag he had 100 Eddie Seese signed purple marble how nice is this 101 signed marble could be S maslach? we are not sure who signed this nice one but it looks great 103 signed etched bootom made from Jabo Cullett Is thought to have been made from Jabo Cullett but not positive. Can not make out signature 105 David Salazar California marble fish this is real cool signed 109 Think these were good ones in a jar he bought That seems to be the way he sorted lots of them 110 Stone Marble found in Myrtle Beach Found in a park campsite driveway 124 Ones he set aside out of jars there is a nice blue white shooter 127 Large lot of shooter marbles says damaged 128 Clearie and old shooter marbles old have damage 132 100 slag marbles these were labelled damaged 141 Tom Milletello marble signed This is one of my favorites in the collection.
