2. This is an as is where is auction. All decsriptions are just the auctioneers opinion. You are responsible for doing your own inspection of the items. If an item is sold as working you can test it at pickup before taking the item to make sure it works, after leaving the auction it is considered yours and not our responsibility. 3. Shipping. We do offer shipping on any item that can be shipped through the mail. Shipping costs are your responsibility. We do not give shipping estimates. We put insurance on all priority mail items but if they deny a claim it is not our responsibility. 4. If you are injured on the premise you may not hold Brooks LeFeber Auctions or the owner of the property accountable. 5. We are not responsible if you lose internet connection or forget to bid. 6. You need to replace cord before using 8 Dewalt dw716 12 in compound miter saw double bevel works 9 Bluepoint 7 drawer roller cabinet all drawers work it rolls good no keys 11 Warrior 7 1/4 single bevel miter saw new never used 12 Huskey 3 in 1 flooring nailer with hammer 14 Dewalt Plunge router works the cord has been taped but it powered up has both bases 19 planer Dewalt dw734 12 1/2 in thicknes works fired right up comes with extra blades 21 Compressor Bostitch 6 gallon 150 psi the drain plug broke off and need replace but i put my finger over it and it pressureized quickly and seemed to run good. 23 Titan Capsray 95 Paint gun system owner says only used a couple times to spray furniture plugged in and it worked. well over $1000 new has extra seals and replacement parts for the guns 24 concrete tools masonry in a bucket 25 concrete maonry tools all in a bucket 26 Grizzly 10 in drum sander model G0716 tested in working order 27 Delta Ap400 single stage dust collector works comes with hoses 28 Big Green Egg BBQ Grill this is a big guy was very expensive and yes you need it just think how your fathe in law will approve of your brisket at the next family bbq. these are around $1800 new 29 wine corker very large heavy duty I will not make any jokes about you being a cork socker seems to work good 30 grape crusher hey look make that wine you always wanted to seems in good shape 31 Delta drill pres 17950L works multi speed what more do you need 32 Delta Unisaw table saw with extension it is 220 comes with extension cord the able is about 8 foot this is heavy and will require several people to move but is defintly worth it. Owner says it works good but we are unable to test 33 pair 7 ft basement jacks look good 47 pressure cooker looks to be like new 58 Dremel mini saw works 62 Porter cable 16 guage nail gun like new may not have been used 79 Cobalt screwdriver hammer light light did not turn on may need batteries 82 Dremel Ultrasaw with extra blades some new this was not used much 87 rigid mini hand held drive works tested wotking like new 90 Ryobi drill 18v 2 batteries and bit set tested working like new 92 Ryobi 18v cordless drill 2 batt and bag works in good shape 96 rigid cordless multi tool r8223400 works ratchet drive hammer 100 Ryobi charger and misc batteries do not know if any are good the ryobi one will not take a charge 101 Bosche and other electric screw drivers both work bosche is usb charger 103 Misc tool lot and bag no charger for little screwdriver but it works do not know what is any good or not 104 10 mm socket yes boys the only socket we found is the 10mm deep one. I know half of you are missing this 106 Sexton Siamese Cat mid century wall hangings set of 3 they are alumiunum 107 Swung Glass vase MCM large L.E.Smith? no chips about 22 inches tall so that means may be expensive to ship due to size 119 121 Hanging lamp no chips 123 large chicken basically life size 125 spiral Rattan and Shell hanging mobile in great shape and large 126 127 128 Navajo Bolo Tie Turquios and probably silver has hallmarks but does not say sterling or 925 so do your reserach weighs 52 grams with the tie 136 138 Superman kryptonite in box the paper is shredded currency 141 Jewelry Ellicottville sterling silver copper the 2 charms are marked 925 the bracelets are copper and brass 142 bracelet hand made had a $75 price tag in the store |
