PICKERS/ESTATE SALE EXTRAGANZA – THIS WEEKEND IN CENTERVILLE

OMG – HOARDERS Home in Centerville – Bring your flashlight and box cutters and be prepared to dig into unopened boxes stacked to the ceiling IN EVERY ROOM. Home and multiple storage units must be liquidated completely.

Process starts this weekend with a picker’s sale in the main home property. Owner was related to the Heisey glass manufacturing family. Partner was a design build home improvement contractor. Both were 50+ year, avid collectors of most everything. Way too much to price individually so all purchases must be priced real time at the door. Home is extremely dense and packed full of items ranging from antique to new in box and with values ranging from a few dollars to thousands of $ per item.

Day 1 will intentionally focus on the buyers for electronics and tools.

Days 2 and 3 will focus on the sale of all other items on the property.

Upcoming days (TBD) will focus on the contents of multiple storage units.

Day 1 - Electronics and tools – we will deep discount all electronics and tools on the first day.

4 rooms full of electronics of all type and value dispersed throughout the home. TVs, AV equipment, stereo components and accessories of all type including receivers, tuners, pre-amplifiers, power amps, recorders, turntables, phonographs, woofers, equalizers, speakers valued from below $25/set into $xxxxx/set. Headphones, effect units, CD/DVD players, Analog, electronic, digital, wired and wireless…. Every genre conceivable. Recorded media of all type. Extensive array of accessories for all. This is a 40+ year collection! Many items yet to be discovered in boxes.

Day 1 – Tools – duplicate pieces of every power and hand tool imaginable. Owner designed and rebuilt kitchens and bathrooms, so tools of every trade are included. Jack hammers, to drill bits, saws to electrical components and supplies, plumbing, construction, painting… supplies and tools of every type.

Days 2 and 3 will focus deep discounts on all other household items and collections. Crazy good/big library of Asian art literature, catalogues, products, goods, imports, history and collectors research material. As a complete collection, this library is virtually unmatched. Be the first one in and buy the entire collection! Multiple collections of authentic Asian artifacts and antiques, early 20th century ephemera and collectibles.
