2. BID OPENING: Bids will be opened on Saturday April 12, 2025, and the highest bidder will be notified promptly. The estate reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.

3. DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT: A deposit of $10,000 is required if your the winning bidder The deposit will be applied to the purchase price including the buyers premium of 5%.  

4. PAYMENT TERMS: The successful bidder will be required to sign a purchase agreement and submit a non-refundable deposit within 5 business days of bid acceptance. The balance of the purchase price is due at closing, which is scheduled to occur within 45 days of bid acceptance.

5. INSPECTIONS: All interested parties are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to submitting bids.
