We are extremely proud to present the estate of Mr. Ralph Townes to his many friends and associates. 

Ralph was a skilled seamster and decorator making custom draperies and accessories. In 1982 Ralph opened "Draperies By Townes" in the Village Mill Outlet. The business began to grow, and, soon, Ralph needed additional space. He would eventually open a freestanding storefront on N. Person St, and remained at that location until he retired and closed the business in 2022. Ralph’s love of Asian Art and decor is evident in his historic home.  Bronze statues , quirky artifacts cover the furniture and walls of his home  Do not miss this opportunity to own a piece of history from Ralph’s’ collection. Sterling silver and more cloisonné than you can count. Large fine bowls, boxes and lamps colorfully adorn each room.  Fine  period furniture in every room is tastefully arranged to enhance the beautiful wallpapers and draperies in the home  We look forward to seeing you early Saturday morning to begin this awesome adventure.
