At Aether, we offer two distinct types of sales:

🔎 Picker’s Sales – Nothing is priced! You browse, select your items, and we’ll give you a price at checkout.

💰 Traditional Estate Sales – Everything is clearly priced, making for an easy and efficient shopping experience.

Getting Started

📝 Signing In

You can begin signing in at 8 AM on all sale days. You must be physically present at the sale to sign in.

Sale photos are typically posted on Monday or Tuesday evening of the sale week. Scroll down to see the latest photos when they’re uploaded!

🔒 Privacy & Respect

Please respect our clients’ privacy by only visiting during sale hours. Many of our clients live in the home until just before the sale.

Sale Etiquette & Rules

🚗 Parking – Park on one side of the road only to avoid congestion and accidents.

🚫 Driveway Access – Do NOT block neighbors’ driveways—we’d hate to see you get towed!

🚪 Entry & Exit – The line forms at the front door. Entry is through the front; exit is through the garage.

📦 Holding Space – Space is limited! If possible, find a designated holding area near checkout for your items.

🎯 Enjoy Yourself! – Estate sales are all about the thrill of the hunt—we can’t wait to see what YOU uncover!

We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Wallet. Sorry, no checks.

✔ All sales are final – No refunds or exchanges.

✔ Enter at your own risk – Aether is not responsible for accidents.

✔ Be kind & courteous – Respect fellow shoppers.

✔ Watch your children – If you bring kids, please keep an eye on them.

✔ Have fun! – The best finds come to those who explore!

⏳ Do you allow previews or pre-sales?

No previews or early sales. To keep it fair, everyone gets an equal chance at the best items.

🌌 What does “Aether” mean?

Inspired by the ancient term ‘aether,’ which refers to the substance believed to fill the heavens. It’s also the name of our founder’s daughter—because a little eccentricity is a good thing!

🔁 Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

All sales are final. Make sure you love it before you buy it!
