By bidding on any lot offered for sale in this online public auction, any/all bidders agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Bidders are approved for online bidding, upon registration, based on the information provided by HiBid as well as a buyer's previous record. The auction company has the sole discretion to approve or deny any bidders. 2. All items are sold "As-Is". All information contained in descriptions is believed to be accurate; however, no information provided is guaranteed. Schmidt Auctions or employees of shall not be responsible for any inaccuracies. The bidder assumes all risks related to the grade, quality, appearance, condition, history, and origin of any lot. 3. Bidder's acknowledge there is a 15% Buyers Premium which will be added to all winning bids and will be payable by the winning bidder as part of the total cost. 4. All Sales are subject to the 6% PA Sales Tax, unless a valid Tax Exemption Form is on file with Schmidt Auctions, or the sale features items from a single estate. Please email any Tax Exemption Forms to dan@schmidtauctions.com. 5. The cards on file are charged after the sale ends. Invoices over $1,000 must be paid by wire transfer. Winning bidders in those cases will be emailed payment instructions. All items MUST be paid for within 48 hours of the sale closing. Any lots that are unpaid for, or paid for and not picked up, or shipping charges not paid for, will be considered abandoned property and ownership reverts back to the auctioneer. 6. All sales are final. Lots may not be returned / refunded for ANY reason. Schmidt Auctions assumes no responsibility for any items once sold. 7. In-House Shipping is available; you pay actual postage plus a $5 handling charge per box for reasonably sized orders. Orders with large quantities of lots or lots that are excessively large, heavy or bulky we reserve the right to use a third party shipping service to pack these orders such as UPS at the expense of the winning bidder. |

Our first sale in March is a pre Spring Cleaning Blow up Large Lot Sale.
Box lots, table lots, floor lots and even whole rack lots are offered up for your bidding pleasure. Each lot starts at $3 and includes everything you see in the images.
Several of the lots come from the Shunk estate as we wrap that deal up. Also inlcuded are items from our storage locker as we seek to eliminate those here in the near future.
Look for some late addition lots as we dig out more items from storage.
