Bring Backs: In the event of an emergency, you are unable to attend the pickup, the auction company can provide transport for (small, manageable) items to be taken to our office in Farmland for a pick up within 72 hours. Shipping: After your initial payment for your purchase, your card on file will be charged for the cost of shipping plus a $5 per packaged box. We try and ship your items via USPS. Some items due to size or weight will need to be shipped via USPS. We have had too many issues with FedEx (lost packages, broken packages, etc) so we prefer not to use them. Terms & Conditions: The Sale of Items- Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate has the right to terminate the auction at any reasonable time; withdrawal from sale any item; to sell at this auction items not listed; to group one of more lots into one or more selling lots or to subdivide into two lots or more selling lots. Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate also reserves the right to sell all of the items listed in bulk. No Liability- Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate assumes no liability for your purchases (if you buy a lawnmower, bulldozer, or other such item, and you don't know how to use it and get injured, we are not liable). The buyer assumes and does agree to indemnify and hold the Auction Company and seller harmless from any future claim that shall pertain to the fitness or use of that asset being purchased. Documents- All documents must be completed in full by buyers and sellers. For example: Death Certificates, Letters of Authority, Creditor Liens, and UCC's when purchasing vehicles, firearms, etc. Loading Equipment- Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate does not lend, lease, or borrow any equipment, nor deliver sold goods. Consignors- All consignors must fill out a contract with Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate, sign forms and abide by our terms listed. Bidders- All bidders must register for bidder's numbers with proper ID. Payment- Purchases must be paid in full within 24 hours of conclusion of the auction. Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover with no extra fees. Wire transfers will incur an extra fee. Buyer specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with credit card. Removal- No goods will be removed until paid in full. Purchaser is responsible for removal of all purchased items. No abandonment of purchased items is allowed. Purchaser will be responsible to pay the full cost of removal or disposal of abandoned items. Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate shall not, in any event, be liable for non-removal or abandonment or for any other matter to any purchaser of any lot. Paid Receipt- Removal of purchased items shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Purchases can be removed upon presentation of paid receipt to Auction staff. Purchased goods must be removed within the parameters listed in the auction description or sold for storage in our upcoming sale. NSF Funds- A fee for Non-sufficient Funds (NSF) checks per occurrence will be charged. NO CREDIT ALLOWED Reserve Prices- We are governed by the Indiana Statutes and all items sell with a reserve unless advertised. Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate has the right to publish or disclose any minimum due to confidentiality. Vehicles sell with owner's confirmation. Bidding- No consignor, seller, or agent for seller has that right to bid on their consigned goods. Employee Bidding- Any employee of Wagner Auctioneering and Real Estate may bid at any auction if they so wish to purchase an item. Compliance with The Terms of Sale- In default of payment of bills in full within the time announced for this auction the Auction Company in addition to all other remedies allowed by law, may retain all monies received as deposit or otherwise, as liquidated damages. Condition of Items Sold- All information is believed to be accurate, but the auction company shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness of or defect in any lot, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance will be made or sale set aside on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging or any imperfection not noted. No deduction will be allowed on damaged articles as all goods being exposed for public exhibition are sold "as is" and without recourse. Nominal bids- Any bid that is merely a nominal bid may be rejected by the Auction Company or the Auction Company may reject fractional advances, if in their judgment it may adversely affect the sale. Absentee (proxy) Bids - Absentee bids may be presented to the auction company in writing and must be accompanied by credit/debit card number, which will be verified for you maximum bid amount and applicable Buyer's Premium prior to the sale. Buyer may deliver to auction company maximum bid in certified funds to be refunded in full, if Buyer does not gain the successful bid. Due to Mr. Geyman leaving the residence we have been tasked with liquidating the personal property for the sale of the real estate. All items will need to be picked up on scheudled pick up day due to this being listed on MLS for sale. 1 Framed Jesus Print Large framed vintage Jesus print, glassed covered, small tear in bottom of print under glass. Some chipping in frame. 2 Small Battery Maintainer & Charger Small maintainer for smaller battery types, comes with battery charger for smaller battery as well. These have not been tested and some corrasion on both pieces. 3 Kenmore Sewing Machine Kenmore sewing machine with metal stand, looks to be in good condition. Comes with foot pedal. Stand is more of a typing style stand, this has not been tested. 4 Soft Sided Suitcase Small sift sided suitcase, carry on type size, comes with small travel bag as well. 5 Hand Vacs & Carpet Steamer Two smaller hand vacs for spot cleaning, several accessories. Also comes with upright Hoover steam carpet cleaner. 6 Pressed Wood Wardrobe Pressed wood, Sauder type kit wardrobe, bar for hanging clothes, does have some chipping of wood at base of piece, overall good condition. Measurements in photos. 7 Ceramic Figurines Several ceramic figurines, all look to be good, none are marked. Features owl, smaller man with pipe, sitting older person and set of man and women. 8 Candlestick Holders & Snow Globe Set of clear glass candlestick holders, both is good condition. Comes with angle snow globe with music box. 9 Figurines Several figurines, all are miniature types, all look to be in good condition. 10 Religious Items Several religiou items, ceramic figure of Jesus, angles, wall hangings and more. 11 Mid Century Modern Nightstand Mid Century modern nightstand, appears it has been painted, drawers are off a some, still sturdy, measurements in photos. 12 Clothes Irons Set of smaller clothes irons, 110v, look to be good, have not been tested. 13 Frames & Framed Prints One smaller picture frame with several framed prints. Also comes with metal framed small wall hanging mirror. 14 Office Supplies Small amount of office type supplies, several pairs of scissors, organizing items and binders. 15 Brass Bell Small brass hand bell, clapper is present, does appear to have been repaired with new nut. Does work like it should and complete. 16 Binoculars Set of binoculars, look to be in good condition and working order, unsure of brand. 17 Matchbooks Several matchbooks, all look to be in good condition, some are used. 18 Wooden Roll Topped Desk Wooden roll topped desk, veneer finish, is in good condition. Some finish coming off. Several drawers and storage areas. Top works as it should, drawers are tacked and not dovetail. Measurements in photos. 19 Pillows Small assortment of throw type pillows, one does have god sewn in it, others are just plain colored pillows. 20 Misc Items Small grouping of misc household items. Comes with smoke detector, light bulbs, blood pressure cuff, cord and other misc items. 21 Throw Rugs Several throw rugs, many of the backs are shipping, all look to be in good condition, these do need to be cleaned. 22 Laundry Basket Medium sized laundry basket, does have small crack in one handle, still good and has good bottom. 23 Clock & Thermometer Small mantle type clock, this is battery operated. Comes with small State Farm thermometer, this does appear to work. 24 Cords & Telephone Several cords of various styles and lengths. Several coax cables, power strips and other type cords. Features two land line type phones. 25 Metal Cookie Tins Set of three metal cookie tins, good condition, no contents. 26 Buttons Large selection of all different styles of clothing and coat buttons. Comes with goose tin. 27 Bedding Several blankets and afghans, all look to be in good condition. Will need to be cleaned. 28 Home Decor Small amount of home decor items. Comes with wooden shadowbox, broom, wall hanging basket, ladle, candle sconce and wooden candlestick holder. 29 Quilts Two quilts, both look to be hand sewn, do have some staining and discoloration them. 30 Wooden Checker Board Small wooden checker board, good condition, great color to it. 31 Woven Basket Chest Large woven basket chest, great for storing blankets or other items. Great decor piece, appears to be good and in working order. Measurements in photos. 32 Wooden Table Top & Leaf Round wooden table top, no base with this, appears to be in good condition and solid wood. Comes with single leaf. Measurements in photos. 33 Silk Flower Arrangement Nice silk flower arrangement, in plastic planter, looks to be in good condition with great color. 34 Twin Bed & Frame Mid Century modern style 4 post bed and frame, white in color with gold accents, wooden head and foot board, looks to be in good condition. It does have metal bed frame. 35 Plastic Step Stool Small plastic step stool, good condition, light weight for easy moving and storage. 36 Nylon Tarps Several nylon blue colored traps, all appear to be in new condition and never or used very little. Some still in original packaging. 37 Sewing Cabinet & Contents Small wooden sewing cabinet or stand, comes with contents as well. Several bobbins and spools of thread. Small sewing basket is included as well. 38 Wooden Glider Chair Wooden glider chair, is cushioned. This is in good condition, cushions will need to be cleaned. 39 Coveralls & Bibs Set of green cloth work type coveralls in 42 regular, comes with pair of fisher stripped denim work coveralls in 42 regular and pari fo Walls brand duck insulated bibs, no size on these. 40 Folding Lawn Chair Very nice folding chair, good condition, works as it should, has been stored inside. 41 Moving Blankets Several moving blankets, some are still in original package, all look to be in good condition. 42 Bedding Several piece of bedding, some sheets and comforter, all look to be in good condition, these will need to be cleaned. 43 Bedding Several blankets and throws, some other types of bedding included, all look to be in good condition. 44 Box Fans Set of two box fans, both look to be in working condition, these have not been tested. One is missing knob. Both 110v. Also comes with small oscillating fan. 45 Large Safe Large safe, does work and do have combination, small drawer for storage inside, works as it should. 46 Foreign Currency Several coins of foreign currency, Canadian, Aruba, English and other forms of currency. 47 Pope Pendant Small Pope pendant, believe this to be hone Pope John IV. Was not able to see marking for gold. 48 Gold Jewelry Pieces of gold jewelry, two rings and a necklace, all these pieces are marked. 49 Elgin Pocket Watch Vintage Elgin pocket watch, face opens and back cover opens. Does have serial number and what appears to be 14k imprinted in rear compartment. Chain doesn't appear to be marked. Front is engraved, looks to be good was not wound. 50 Men's Watches Set of men's watches, Bulova and Armitron, back is missing on one. Both battery operated. 50 Bathroom Scales Large bathroom type scales with height measurer as well. Was not tested but looks to be in working order. 51 Ladies Watches Three ladies watches, all look to be battery operated, two Seiko and one Guren brand, all look to be in good condition. 52 Costume Jewelry Several pieces of costume jewelry, earrings. pendants, broaches and more make this group up. 53 Jewelry Boxes Set of three jewelry boxes, one is alabaster or some type of rock, lid is broken on this piece.
