Auction Starts Closing at 6:00pm on Friday, February 14. Pick up will be by appointment on Sunday, February 16. You must be prepared to take with you and have help. We are NOT going to be able to help you. We will continue to add things to this auction as we find more items that need to go. We have tried to be detailed by noting anything wrong that we see, but this is all well loved furniture with lots of patina.

All invoices MUST BE PAID within 24 hours of auction close, or items will be forfeited. Do not bid if you do not plan to pay or cannot make pick-up. Invoices are sent out via email, the evening of auction close.

Please Review pictures carefully and ask questions if you need more information. We represent items as best as we can. Remember to look at sizes as pictures can be deceiving.

LOCAL PICK-UP

If you do not come during this designated time, you forfeit your item and will not be compensated in any way.

**ALL WINNING BIDDERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SHOW ID:**

Local buyer/winning bidders will receive the pick-up address via email after the invoice has been paid. Make sure you have selected to receive winning bids notification in your account dashboard via email or text.

There will be a signup on Signup Genius for picking up items. Please be prepared with packing material and any help that you might need to take your items with you. We will NOT help you.

Applicable state taxes + a 18% buyers premium are added.

You will be notified of pickup location on your invoice and you will be able to sign up on Sign Up Genius.
