You will be entering the property at your own risk. If you bring your children they must stay with you at all times. All items sold as is. No refunds or returns. Please look before you buy. This will be a cash only sale. Bring cash as we will not be able to hold any item while you run to the bank. We are a business and we MUST charge sales tax. If you are a dealer you must bring your resale permit with you or you will be charges sales tax.No exceptions. Note- If you buy large or heavy items you must move them. We DO NOT lift or load anything. You must bring your own help, tools, hand truck, etc. Some large items may not be movable until the end of the sale day.1:00 PM. Please ask before you buy. We provide limited bags and wrapping for your purchases. |

Hello Friends, We are excited to have been selected to host this great Upland Estate Sale on behalf of a wonderful family. The Charming cottage has been owned by the same family for over six decades and as a result is filled with Antique, vintage and contemporary treasures. We invite you to join us for a truly unique shopping event. Some of the many treasures we have to offer are stunning stained glass lamps and windows, exquisite clocks, unique Dutch pottery, beautiful ladies clothing and so much more. Numbers will be handed out at 7am on Friday for Friday entry. You do not need a number. However, you will gain entry to the sale faster with one. Pre-sell is not available. Cash only, no holds. We charge sales tax unless you have a valid resell certificate. Digital copies will not be accepted. Please be respectful of the home, it's contents, neighbors, shoppers and Heritage Staff.
