Any and All information regarding the sign-up sheet will be posted here. Upon your arrival, you will want to add your name to our sign-up sheet and for controlled entry, we will call people in the home in the order they signed up. Please do not remove our sign-up sheet to start your own. You must be present when we call your name. ★★★RETURNS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL and items sold "AS IS", with no guarantee or warranty so we ask that you inspect your purchases carefully. ★★★PRICING INFORMATION: We do not provide pricing information prior to the sale. ★★★PAYMENT AND CREDIT CARD PURCHASES: We accept cash and all major credit cards. Card purchases will incur an additional 3% convenience processing fee. ★★★REMOVAL OF ITEMS: We ask that you please bring tools and extra muscle upon removal of large items.
